Doors and windows.

Life is funny. Here we are trying to start a new life, and meanwhile a member of the family quietly slips away. Putting BD on a plan this morning was hard given the circumstances, but things being the way they are I just couldn't go with him.

I would be lying through my teeth if I said that I wasn't upset about it though. I need to be there for him and I can't. Selfish extra reason? Can't TTC if BD is not here! Probably out this month, but I'm okay with it and so is BD.

So I have breakfast with a friend, my first trip to Silver Diner (AWESOME!), and then head home. Not that I've had a productive day or anything, but hey I've enjoyed my day to myself. Snuggled the dogs all day. Cleaning top to bottom now, but that's pretty much the excitement of my day.
