Cheesed off chicken..

It's what's for dinner. Easiest chicken dish ever!

Boneless chicken tenders or breasts (thawed)
Favorite BBQ sauce (We use one that family sends us from TX)
Sliced deli style cheese (I use pepper jack)
Shredded cheese (I use fancy mexican)

This is an easy dish that you can make out of very little! If you choose spicy toppings like we do, keep the seasoning simple! Salt and pepper will do the trick! Then line your chicken breasts/tenders in a pan. Drizzle with BBQ sauce of choice, don't drown it. Cover the chicken with your cheese slices and bake for 30 minutes at 400F. When the timer goes off sprinkle heavily with shredded cheese and turn off the oven. It will only take a couple minutes for the cheese to melt, but I usually use this time to finish up the side dishes!

Enjoy!
